The care provider was friendly, polite, inclusive, apologetic. She talked through all my concerns and her concerns about my health. Apologized for being late and for the interruption in the middle of my appt. She always makes me feel heard and understood.

She was great. She listened to my concerns and when she said she wanted a chest x-ray I was happy because I knew I had something other than bronchitis and knew I needed it.
