Dr Arthur listened to my concern and how it related to my family history with skin cancer. She explained my options and what my spot looked like to her. She was very helpful and calming as I was quite anxious going into the appointment.

Dr. Arthur always addresses skin issues and reviews with me treatment. She keeps you in decision making through process.

Dr. Arthur's examination, explanations of her observations, & treatment rationale were thorough, considered, & mindful of my concerns with the risks involved in the various options for treating my many basal cell carcinomas.

I have great respect for this clinic and even scheduled my husband for an appointment because I knew they would take good care with him.

Dr. Megan Arthur is a fantastic dermatologist. I travel to see her.

Dr Arthur, the medical student and the nurse that attended to me were incredible. I wish I remember the name of the nurse, she was SO kind and walked me through every step along with Dr Arthur. Both of them listened to exactly what I had to say, acknowledged several factors and allowed me to choose the best course of action for me without pressuring me to do something else. I still have my stitches in, but the nurse assured me the stitches done by Dr Arthur on my chin were great, and from what I can tell when cleaning and dressing the area, it looks great! I had shared that my scars easily become hypertrophic and I was worried about a larger or unsightly scar near my face and Dr Arthur took that seriously which I greatly appreciated. I live three hours away but I would make the trip to see Dr Arthur for anything dermatology related easily

Doctor does not communicate well. Did not look at me to make me feel listened to or part of the process. Felt I was being blamed for not listening to instruction when I felt she wasn't clear about it.

She is absolutely fantastic, that is why I refer her to my friends!

However selfishly I do not want to recommend this provider more as she has become difficult to get in to see. I do have all of my family seeing Megan Arthur, as she is truly excellent.

The nurse who took me back was friendly and kind and new what she was doing.
