    The nurses at the facility were fantastic. The head physician who performed the endoscopy/colonoscopy lacked a bedside manner. He offered his name without an accompanying smile upon entering to meeting me and went through a wrote script that made me feel more like a numbered animal being corralled for a procedure than an individual person with concerns.
