Ultrasound staff and the doctors visit I had went really well and they were able to see me an hour before my original appointment time

The entire visit with all three offices/facilities I had to visit - one after the other, was very good. I left that day feeling like everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and was concerned about me.

Mallory Pottebaum was very thorough in explaining & assessing my test results. She was proactive in following up on a problem unrelated to my cancer. She invited me to follow up with her if I was not getting the response needed from another department. She, like her partner, Dr. Ly, really do care!
