She listens to me professionally and is very open-minded to help her patients' needs like me. Ms. Richard's was fantastic! I came into my intake a little salty after sitting in the waiting room so long. The intake nurse was nice enough to calm me down. Then Ms. Richards provided one of the best care experiences I've ever had. All of my questions/concerns were addressed immediately and in a way I could understand. I was unimpressed and ready to look for care elsewhere until I encountered these two women.

Lauren APP was wonderfully kind, a clinical expert that listened to my concerns and offered a range of solutions. She asked clarifying questions to understand my concerns so we could determine the best treatment. I have had increased situational stress in my life over the past year and she listened to me, praised the healthy strategies I had already been doing and gave me several new strategies.I received a handout on relaxation techniques that was particularly helpful. I felt encouraged during the visit and feel even better after implementing her suggestions. I value her expertise and experience.

I felt as if the only thing this provider knew was the medical term of my diagnosis I don't feel she offered any solutions or suggestions that I wasn't already doing myself.
