Usually my PCP is Rachel Johnson but as this was a last minute/emergent visit I saw Laura Boon both days and she was amazing!!! She was super kind, actually listened to what I had to say and made me feel heard, explained everything that I could have and agreed to do tests that I was wanting done. She went above and beyond to make me feel understood and also give me immediate care. My 2nd visit this week was because I was afraid my tonsils were going to make it hard for me to swallow and breathe and instead of telling me to wait til it go worse or dismiss me, she listened, saw how worried I was, and treated me for all the things I was worried about. I'm starting to be on the mend now thanks to her excellent care as a provider. She also wasn't rushed or cold when she would talk to me. She was very personable, kind, and felt like she actually wanted me to be better and do everything she could to help me. 10/10. Both her, Laura, and Rachel, my PCP, are incredible women you guys have working for you and really embody what it means to be a healthcare provider.

Best experience Ive had coming to a clinic

It was a GREAT experience! Everyone was very professional and kind. All my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed. It was nice to not be rushed through my appointment and for Dr and the staff to take the time to talk to me about everything I needed to discuss.

I needed a pre-op and an annual medicare wellness visit/annual physical. I was looking for a new primary care provider and Laura B. Boone is that person. She is very personable and listens. My next visit is set for next year barring any ailments.

Dr. Boon is one of the best providers I have had in the past 25years. She is friendly, listens to my concerns and asks questions to fully understand how I am feeling and what I am experiencing. She provides treatment options and explains the pros and cons of each. She is patient and made me feel like I was her only patient that day. I have and will continue to recommend her to others.

When Dr Boon entered the room the 2nd thing she said was it's 2:00 & I have 15 minutes! Really?!? She couldn't help me she said I would have to talk to my Dr. & make another appointment! Really?!?

There are probably not enough good words to describe the positive appt I had with NP Laura Boon. She took time to listen to me, asked me follow up questions, gave detailed information about my test results and asked follow up questions to verify that I understood everything we talked about. She made me feel like I was the only patient she was caring for. I've never had a better experience!!!

Very comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan in short order

I didn't wanna go to the doctor because I thought I may be overreacting or that my eye would self heal. Laura made me very comfortable when asking questions and gave me usable solutions.

Laura covered everything, beings I just had my complete physical in November, no blood draws were required.

Laura Boon provided one of the finest medical experiences I have ever had. Her friendly, caring personality put me immediately at ease. Her examination and understanding of my medical history gave me great confidence in her abilities. Dr. BOON was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and ideas and she took my injury very seriously. She treated me with kindness and care. She truly cared about me and what was going on. She is one of the best along with Dr Slatkin. The respect, kindness and concern was very heartfelt. It was a very very good experience. The reassurance of my treatment plan and getting me into an orthopedic Dr immediately was so helpful and it really lowered my anxiety. She was truly amazing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend her!!
