She is an absolutely amazing doctor

Doctor Haynes-Henson has a great professional demeanor but she also has a great personality with makes the visit a good experience.

Dr Haynes-Henson is the best. I also want to commend the training doctor who came in prior to Kimberley. He did an excellent job listening to me and even more important, confirming he was listening to me. He confirmed same with statements of empathy such as, "I'm sorry you had to go through...". I've never heard a male in the medical field genuinely listen, understand & confirm he cared.

I only saw the doctor for a brief amount of time, less than 5 minutes and at one point she actually said to me in a dismissive tone, "well, good luck to you" and then she stood up and started walking out of the room. She had told me my blood pressure reading was high, and I had told her I thought that was because it was not done correctly. At no point did she offer to re-take it or have someone else re-take the reading. I am not prone to high blood pressure and when the measurement was initially taken at the beginning of my appointment, the cuff was so tight on my arm I actually had to stop myself from yelling out in pain. It was not uncomfortable, it hurt. I'm guessing that was the reading in the computer because the nurse only did that one measurement.

Doctor has a pleasant personality which makes talking with her very easy. She readily answers any questions I have. While I'm not a fan of visiting doctors, when I receive the care and concern like she gives, it makes coming for a visit very easy and comfortable.

I absolutely love Dr. Haynes-Henson! She is thorough, attentive and empathetic. I won't see anyone else.

Dr. Haynes-Henson is very pleasant, likes to laugh, always answers any questions I have and also listens to any concerns. She makes these visits as enjoyable as a doctor with big needles in her hands can.

I liked both Dr. H-H and the other doctor she was training - sorry I can't remember his name, but he is very attentive and a good listener.

Dr. Haynes-Henson listened carefully to me explain my problems, weeded out what was relevant and not, worked to understand my goals and was not quick to simply give advice and be on her way. I appreciate her thoroughness!

My daughter was very nervous for this appointment. Doctor completely put her at ease with her candor and bedside manner. Even joking with her to help ease her nervousness.
