Dr. Carlson is an amazing Provider. Having struggled with infertility for 4.5 years, I have often left an OBGYN appointment feeling defeated and misunderstood. But it has been the exact opposite with Dr. Carlson. I leave her office feeling validated, educated about my options, and like a partner in my care. Very glad to have her as my Provider.

It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Carlson-feels as comfortable as visiting with a good friend. She shows genuine investment in my well-being and asks me about my family and personal life. After receiving some conflicting/confusing guidance from another provider regarding fertility planning, I left my appt with Dr. Carlson feeling reassured and confident in my plans.

Dr. Carlson is great. I felt heard. I came in with a list of questions/concerns and she addressed all of them. Actually, the med student, Liz, came in first and heard all of my questions and relayed them to Dr. Carlson and brought her up to speed. The med student, Liz, was great too. I had a good experience with Dr. Carlson. I walked out feeling great-I was heard and all of my questions were addressed.

I was hoping to have more of a conversation about future plans to have surgery, but instead was put into a box like I've been put into most of my life. I did not much care for her discussion of my weight and acting like that is why I've had complications in the past.
