    Good

Both resident and surgeon were great. They pulled up my MRI to review. They discussed operative options. And offered assistance in next steps. ATC, Bryant, was great. Very responsive with an email requesting assistance with out of network paperwork.

    Great provider. Very personable.

  • Jul 09, 2026

I'm not convinced he cares enough, seems like he's setting up to tell me that I just need to live with the pain and that it will get better on it's own.

  • Jul 09, 2026

I like not having to wait in waiting room or room to see provider.

Dr. Greiner and his staff are truly top-notch. Dr. Greiner is highly skilled, honest, and takes the time to explain things in a way that builds trust. I have been seeing Dr. Greiner for two years; he has earned my confidence and respect.I would absolutely return to Dr. Greiner for any future procedures, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing knee, shoulder, or hip surgery. His expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients set him apart.Thank you, Dr. Greiner and staff, for the excellent care you provided.

Dr. Greiner & Bryant have been great about communication & expectations before & after surgery such a great team!

  • Apr 09, 2026

Dr. Greiner is the best! We have had three family members see him now one for a hip surgery, one for a knee consultation and now one for a shoulder injury and there's no doctor we would trust more than Dr. Greiner. Highly recommend him!

Appreciate that Dr. Greiner is straightforward

    Good

  • Feb 26, 2026

    I recommend them to everyone

  • Feb 23, 2026

Explained everything very well and very knowledgeable.

  • Feb 02, 2026

Excellent doctor! Very thorough, explained everything he seen in x-rays and MRI answered all of of our questions.

  • Nov 29, 2025

Seemed very knowledgeable regarding the issues we presented with.

  • Oct 24, 2025

Extremely unprofessional and unprepared with no real concern of the situation whatsoever Absolutely no compassion for the case and no desire to resolve it

  • Oct 24, 2025

Dr. Greiner was very professional, told me the risk of the surgery I had, he explained everything in a way I would understand!

  • Oct 09, 2025

It's difficult to rate, I was in a panicked fog regarding my injury & potential surgery staff was very nice. 0 complaints.

  • Aug 29, 2025

    Great care and concern

  • Aug 15, 2025

The only one that didn't really seem interested was the actual doctor. He was in a hurry to get me out of there or for him to get out of there.

  • Aug 04, 2025

Justin did a great job explaining choices.

  • Jun 26, 2025

Had extra question & kept saying once an action was taken then can give more details & we were just concerned about future plans, they automatically became very short w/me.

  • Jun 25, 2025

Dr. Greiner has been nothing but professional and extremely accommodating throughout my entire experience. He clearly explained every step of the process, making me feel informed and reassured. I underwent extensive surgery for a traumatic hamstring tear, which he skillfully reattached to my pelvic bone. The care and expertise he provided were outstanding. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Greiner and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

    It was all very good

  • Jun 19, 2025

I would not recommend my doctor, Justin Greiner. He didn't care about my medical history. Or care to make any sort of connection. He walked in with some random people which made it uncomfortable. I told him what my precious physician diagnosis and he told me it was a self-diagnosis. I got the feeling my physical appearance was one he didn't care about. He's too young and needs more time in the office before he's ready to deal with patients. This was a first visit and I had never met with him before so his behavior was odd and discouraging. Definitely not looking to be treated by him again.

I went in and the first doctor who came into my room was not the doctor I was there to see. He also had a student with him, WHICH I DID NOT CONSENT TO. Then my doctor comes in with three men, whom I have no idea who they are and proceeds to tell me surgery is my only option. When I express my concerns, he tells me that they are invalid and still surgery is the only option. Keep this in mind, I am a single female in a room with 4 men, and I am extremely uncomfortable it begin with and now I'm being gaslit by my own doctor. I did not appreciate the experience, I do not think it was professional, and I will not be going back.

  • May 16, 2025

Justin is great he always goes into detail with me about my shoulder and thinks of the best care plan for me at that time

  • May 14, 2025

Excellent talking to Dr and assistants

  • May 12, 2025

I didn't feel listened too at all. I was explaining my concerns and thoughts surrounding everything and it felt like they were pushed under the rug. Like my opinion or thoughts didn't matter. I understand providers have specific things they have to do, but when I am the one who has been dealing with this for months and have had multiple different doctors tell me I needed to do a specific procedure/thing for my medical issue I feel like maybe that should be taken into account. I am really disappointed and not satisfied with this appointment. It was a lot of me being talked at, not talked to. I went to this doctor because of the good reviews he had, I hope that this was a one off thing and not what happens to others. This whole experience didn't help my idea or thoughts of UNMC. I do not feel comfortable with the end result or what was "agreed" to. I felt again very disappointed and unsatisfied with the end result and it really lowered my view on some of the doctors at unmc.

    Value Dr. Greiner's expertise.

  • Apr 04, 2025

I actually recommend your location to a friend the other day.

  • Feb 16, 2025

Great care! My doctor was great and provided me all the answers to my questions.

  • Jan 05, 2025

    Good experience

  • Dec 14, 2024

I beleive the doctor really didn't want to give me a cortisone injection, I think he could tell I don't abuse stuff like that.

  • Dec 07, 2024

I don't feel like Dr. Greiner took my issue seriously from the beginning. I wasn't offer any sustainable solutions and was basically told we can't be sure why it cleared up, shoulders can be weird. To call if I have sustained pain in the future to explore "other options".
