Ms Pavelka was very thorough and showed genuine concern for me. She spent a great deal of time getting to know my history, my health issues, and then she explained the proposed course of treatment and asked for my input on some of the treatment decisions.

Julia speaks to us in terms that we understand, she is an excellent communicator with the patient and Nurse Dawn takes great care of the out of office communication via portal. She provides me, the caregiver, a great deal of qualified support.
