Dr Liu is very helpful with my health questions and issues

She seemed not to know some basics of my care, even though I'm not a new patient

This was my first time seeing Dr. Liu and she was very light-hearted and friendly, while still being attentive to my needs and recognized my concerns. I am NM employee and I have seen how some providers move so quickly that they don't take the time to truly listen and understand what the patient is trying to say. Dr. Liu made me feel heard, and taken seriously. It made a great difference in comparison to other providers I have had.

Doctor Liu is a very talented and professional physician. She has a warm and empathetic approach in helping patients. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in the diagnosis and treatment of her patient's concerns. Nebraska Medicine is very fortunate to have Doctor Liu in their system.

Dr. Liu went the extra mile and took the time to wheel me outside when we were finished.

Disengaged, disinterested. 2 hours of wasted time for absolutely NOTHING! Dr Liu was in the room for 12 mins. The only thing she did was listen to my lungs.

Dr Liu had a medical student with her. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth and I felt very comfortable with him

She has always been very kind and patient with him. He tends to not stay on task and I believe she finds it helpful for me to get him to focus on why we are there and do help make decisions based on his daily care which I provide with.

Showed Concern and proposed solutions for some issues, but neglected or didn't probe for others. Do not think I received a full exam for the annual.
