Dr Dowdall was very good , explained everything. I trusted her and she delivered! I will use her again.

I genuinely felt well cared for during my appointment.

Dr. Dowdell was excellent in all of her answers to my question I have had questions and problems after my visit. Her nurse, Jorden was very prompt about settling up phone visits.

If there is anything I don't understand or don't like, she always explains it to me clearly.

Dr. Dowdall communicates in very clear, understandable manner. I feel she is dedicated to me as a patient & really knowledgeable about current treatments.

Dr. Dowdall and her nurse, Jade, were excellent communicators. They listened well, shared relevant information, described the procedure, and showed interest in me beyond my larynx. While I know they were running behind on their schedule, nothing about my time with them was rushed, nor did I have a sense they were trying to "catch up" by hurrying my appointment.

I have had an issue of providers not taking what I say seriously because (I presume) I have had mental health issues in my past. It's very difficult for me to go to a new provider because I believe they will do the same. But the doctor did a great job listening and believing there was an issue to be solved.

I thought maybe the doctor would check my ears and throat also. I felt the visit was short and sweet for the doctor.

I have "a lot" going on in this body. Hard to explain to some Drs. But in the end it all ties together so thank Dr. Dowdall and team and Amber Koch for being open minded, knowledgeable, understanding.

Dr. Dowdall and Jade (nurse) are a super, outstanding medical team. They go above and beyond to listen/read my medical concerns. The issues are addressed in a calm and professional manner. They also listen and address my family's concerns.

Dr. Dowdall was fabulous. Very personable and full of facts and down to earth. She presented exactly the information I needed and offered to share more if I needed it. I was very impressed with UNMC and in particular with my doctor !

Dr Dowdall had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. I was welcomed, treated with respect, given space to share my concerns, and taken seriously. She also always asked my consent for touching me during my procedure and explained exactly what she would do. I have already recommended her to others!

Honestly, probably the best medical appointment of my life. She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Could not recommend her more highly 10/10.

Dr Dowdall was great at explaining everything to me

Dr. Dowdall and her staff were, at once, efficient AND thorough. I did not feel rushed, so I was stunned when I was seen, had the laryngoscopy, was given the diagnosis, and next steps then left my appointment and recognized that only in 33 minutes had passed. Thank you! I cannot recommend her highly enough. As one vocalist to another, she "gets it" and I was able to explain in the way that made the most sense to me and she absolutely understood.

Dr. Dowdall is so knowledgeable and really makes sure you understand everything. She is a great listener and gives you more than one way to deal with a problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jayme. She spent time explaining everything and helping me with my diagnosis. She also talked to my husband of how he can help. I will be recommending her to everyone I can.

Every one was very courteous and was very sure to answer any questions and show me on the camera while they were scoping me.

This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had at a medical appointment. I was assured from the moment I met Dr. Dowdall and her staff that she was going to help me. The appointment felt rushed and the follow-up with a speech therapist was confusing because my major concern is my chronic cough.

Dr Dowdall did a remarkable job at explaining what was going on, why and how they were going to treat it. I really want to express the confidence she gave me right before surgery and before they put me under. Her routine on basically doing a checklist with everyone in the room gave me unbelievable confidence. I have never experience listening to a Dr do that and really appreciated it.

Dr. Dowdall was very understanding and supportive of me. She was straightforward about my health and plan of care. She gave me lots of reassurance and support. She also followed up with me by phone the next day, which was an incredible gesture.

I have been struggling with this throat problem for decades, and for the first time, I have hope that this issue can be resolived.I might add that I started physical therapy after this visit, and my PT says that these are the BEST notes he has seen from a physician in his 30 years of practice. :)

The doctors assessment of my situation made sense to me. I was hoping to get a summary of the doctors notes, but I will contact the office later to do that. It would help in my understanding of what's happening.

Dr Dowdall is excellent. She cares about her patients and she and her entire staff go above and beyond and make me feel confident that Im getting the best care possible. The Resident at this visit was also very caring and did an exceptional job on my scope. There was no discomfort.

Every time I see Dr Dowdall I am impressed with her. I can tell she truly cares about my health and she makes it clear that she will do whatever it takes to help me get answers and feel better. I have recommended her to multiple other people and would 100% continue to recommend her care.

Dr Dowdall was the best ENT for my voice disorder, I have had in 3 years. Initial Dr in Arizona at Mayo was not as thorough.

I was very satisfied with my provider. She took her time,explained everything very well. Told me pros and cons of procedure.Offered me information about other things I could try.
