Despite noting that we were moving Mary to an assisted living facility on Friday at 10am and needed the Dr's orders form signed and submitted, I was informed on Thursday that nothing had been received by the facility and the move was on hold. I spoke to various nurses over 3 calls to the Dr.'s office on Thursday checking on the status, always being told that everything was ready to go just waiting on TB test results. Even on last call when I shared that facility could move forward without results the Dr's orders form was not submitted. Friday morning-move day-still no form received so called Dr.s office and went to physically pick up the form to transport myself. Upon arrival at Dr. Office was informed ( by nurse, Liz-who was VERY kind and understanding of the sense of urgency in the situation) that the Dr. Would not be in until 9:30am and had the form with her. Overall, this was a very unnecessary and disconcerting delay of sharing information that put us in a very difficult spot for two days!

First time I didn't have to put on a gown for the yearly checkup. Lol From what I understand the Dr.s learn more via talking and asking questions. I did have some concerns which were followed up with in a couple of days. So she/he did listen.
