Was able to find previous history and was aware of why I was so concerned about seeing him.

I understand that they are very busy but I would have liked a more in depth discussion and explanation with the doctor. I had a 4 hour appointment and only talked to the doctor for about 10 mins and mostly about rescheduling another appointment.

The care provider was very patient & knowledgeable about the current state of my vision, and he made sure to include me in the discussion and encouraged me to ask questions.

I have been having a problem with my eyes for the last six years and I have seen a number of different optometrist. None of them provided me with a reason why I was having a problem with my vision. Dr. Jackson did give me a reason for the problem, he explained why it was happening, he demonstrated why it was happening and he gave me a prescription for a new pair of glasses that may fix the problem. I've ordered the glasses and I am excited to see if they solve the problem. I have confidence the we are headed in the right direction.

Dr Jackson was so great working with my daughter. She understood everything and he listened to her and asked good questions to get to the bottom of her eyesight issues and hopefully her headaches as well.
