Dr abruptly cut him off when he was trying to explain his concerns about long haul Covid that he has had for over a year. Dr told him he only had 40 minutes and a lot to cover. (Patient) was really insulted and at that point decided he didn't want to see him again. He would like to see someone different in the office. Dr's video on website was not reflected in his bedside manner.

All communication was very good

I am so very grateful to Dr.Moes practice in telling me when he hasn't received results from any services that I received elsewhere at another appointment that he recommended and also that he reassured me that he would definitely tell me the results of any tests as soon as he could.
