    I feel Dr Flagg is very thorough.She listens to concerns and explains her decision for treatment or tests very well. She also refers you to specialists if needed. I'm very comfortable and confident with her as my physician.

    I understand my mom is her patient, but I am the one (good or bad), it is my number that is called because my mom doesn't remember much anymore. Dr. Flagg (I felt like) dismissed a lot of my concerns about my mom. I later talked to the nurse about things on another day.
