Dr.Robinson was nice, friendly, patient, and professional. He helped me understand my wisdom teeth and what timeframe I could have them removed.

It is important for me to have a full understanding of what I have and the plan. I think putting the xray on the screen to show me what is seen and describe specifics of what is needed and how it would be done would be very helpful. I would need lots of information in order to make decisions.

It was clear that the dr had not read records regarding recent blood thinners and clotting. When questioned, he blamed his nurse for not telling him. He also did not indicate that an intern of 1 month would be doing the extraction and that he would barely check in. It was a tough extraction that required some extra precautions and he kept referring to it as "just a tooth."

Dr. Robinson is amazing. He is caring and thoughtful!

The doctor was extremely thorough and took my concerns for my daughter's heart condition seriously. I left the appointment feeling like I was heard and that my daughter is in good hands.

I went in and learned that people are people. As long as you treat people with kindness and respect everything else will take care of itself.

I wish the resident would have said he was a resident and wouldn't have introduced himself as a physician. I thought we just had a different physician than who we scheduled with. He acted like he was the only one we would be seeing. So quite a surprise when a minute later when Dr Robinson walked in.

I would recommend Dr Robinson to anyone who needed his services. They would not be disappointed in their care.

Dr Robinson was the best. Explained everything before surgery. Never had any surgery's before this so I was nervous but him speaking to me about the surgery made me feel so much better. Great doctor!

Dr. Robinson had a wonderful bedside manner, explained the procedure plainly and thorough. He made sure to explain how my child did during the surgical procedure. Excellent provider!

My first interaction with the provider was at my consult appointment the month prior and his bedside manner was lacking, to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised by the change at this appointment, he was overall friendlier and appeared more approachable. In all honesty, I was wearing clothing that made it clear I am also an employee of Nebraska Medicine and potentially that was the reason for the difference in treatment at this appointment.

Explained everything and every step and every option!! Important to me to be included in the decision of my treatment!!
