    Did not provide the reason for my knee pain. Doctor did provide OTC medication of Aleve. But did not tell how long to take. Did not understand whether this medication is temporary or life long. Also, I filled up the questionnaire about my knee pain and Doctor did not see it or asked me to hand over the questionnaire to him. While leaving, I voluntarily handed it to him. I was wondering what is the purpose of filling up this questionnaire when doctor does not see it.

    For years had trouble with my right knee...came in looking for a knee replacement. Doctor went over my X-rays with me. Seems I didn't need a replacement...it was just arthritis. He gave me a shot and I'm doing great!!
