How to refer to Nebraska Medicine cardiology specialists:
Nebraska Medicine providers:
- Order a referral to Cardiology in Epic.
- Order an E-Consult to Cardiology for specialty input within three business days.
E-Consults are an asynchronous exchange of information to obtain clinical recommendations from a specialist without requiring an in-person office visit. Learn more.
For non-Nebraska Medicine providers:
- Refer online with One Chart | LINK.
You can refer a patient to specialty care online with our secure web portal. View instructions for creating an account. - Refer with Epic.
If you are an external provider that is using Epic, you can enter a referral to Nebraska Medicine Heart and Vascular. Once your referral is submitted, call 402.559.8888.
