DESCRIPTION:Class information: This class is offered as an in-person 2-hour\, 3-week evening series on Tuesday nights from 5:00 PM -&nbsp\;7:00 PM. It prepares parents for birth by covering tools to cope with labor\, massage\, visualization\, relaxation breathing and comfort positions. You may attend the breastfeeding class free. Class pricing includes you and your supportive person and tour of the unit. An email will be sent a few days prior to class with instructions. If you have any questions please contact Krystle at 402.559.4452.Who should enroll: Expectant mothers. You may also enroll into a breastfeeding class free of charge.Course fee: Registration is $50.00.Class/Event discount policy: All discounts have been applied to payment totals. You will need to register for the class online. Please check with your insurance to see if they will cover the class.
