Liver Transplant Program Celebrates 25 years

As a joint program with the University of Nebraska Medical Center and The Nebraska Medical Center, the first liver transplant took place here in 1985. Medical center staff and patients reflect on the life-saving liver transplants performed in the last 25 years, and look ahead to the thousands more to be done in the years to come.
