Each solid-organ program has specific transplant coordinators who help guide patients and families through the transplant process both pre- and post-transplant.
Transplant Financial Case Coordinator
Transplant Financial Case Coordinators are specially trained in transplant financial issues. They take referrals; check benefits; and help case managers, patients and families through our process.
