Directions to The Pain Management Program

• Specialty Services Pavilion / Diabetes Center
• From the parking garage at 45th and Emile Streets (outside route)
• From the parking garage at 45th and Emile Streets (inside route)
• From the Lied Transplant Center

If you get lost

The Pain Management Program is different from the Pain Clinic. The Pain Management Program and the Pain Clinics are not in the same location. Call or have someone call: 559-4364 for directions.

Please note:

Look for the building named "Specialty Services Pavillion" (SSP). The Pain Management Program is located in the Specialty Services Pavillion on the 5th floor.

You may be dropped off at the Diabetes Center Entrance (in the SSP building). But all vehicles must park in the parking garage on 45th and Emile Streets. Valet parking staff members can be found at either the entrance of the Durham Building or Lied Transplant Building.

Print the maps / directions and bring them with you - so that when you ask for directions people know where you are really going.
