Are You at Risk?
You might be at-risk for a heart attack if you have one of the following conditions:
- High blood pressure
- Obesity
- Cigarette smoking
- Family history
- Physical inactivity
Warning Signs of a Heart Attack
- Uncomfortable pressure or pain in the center of the chest
- Tightness or burning in your chest
- Pain radiating to the jaw, neck, shoulders and arms
- Sudden lightheadedness, nausea and shortness of breath

- Maintain a healthy weight.
