Debbie Gleason, CMSR – Physician Development Administrator

Debbie is a native to the Midwest and has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is an active member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and serves on several committees for the organization. She is a charter member and has served as past president in addition to other offices for the Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas MidwestMD Physician Recruitment and Retention Network (MINK). She is a founding member and current Vice President of the Academic In-House Recruiters Network (AIR).

Debbie and her husband, an aerospace engineer, currently reside in northwest Omaha and have two children in the Midwest. Her son and daughter-in-law reside in Oklahoma City where they are pursuing their teaching careers. Her daughter lives and works in the Kansas City area. She and her family enjoy Omaha’s fine arts, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, as well as the warm and friendly midwestern quality of life in Omaha. She spends her spare time serving in church ministries and pursuing a variety of interests and hobbies.

Michelle Grady – Physician Recruiting Associate

Michelle recently joined the Nebraska Medical Center in February, 2011 and is excited to be a part of the Physician Development team. Living in the Omaha area for the past 16 years with her husband and three children, Michelle is originally from Des Moines, Iowa.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Her children keep her very busy running to soccer games, art classes, school functions and many more activities. She loves raising her family Omaha because it offers a wide range of activities, culture and has excellent schools.
