Adult Intensive Care Unit

Mission: Extraordinary Care

The mission if the critical care unit is to provide specialized nursing care for those who require frequent nursing observation and intervention in a team oriented environment.

Nurse’s Role

The RN provides all aspects of patient care in collaboration with Clerk/Patient Care Technicians. The critical care unit nurse uses keen assessment skills and critical thinking to quickly interpret and intervene to address changes. We foster a positive team environment with our ancillary departments in order to provide a positive experience for all involved in our patients care.
