Thank you for your interest in The Nebraska Medical Center’s Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs. We are dedicated to the provision of high-quality professional education for ministry with persons in crisis.
Our CPE programs enable theological students, qualified laypersons and clergy of all religious traditions (pastors, priests, rabbis, imams and others) to develop new awareness of themselves as persons, the needs of those to whom they minister and the dynamics of pastoral care ministry in diverse organizational contexts. Participants develop interpersonal skills within a supervised, peer group education process and interdisciplinary interactions with other professionals.
