Email Signatures
To promote consistency and our brand in electronic communication with internal and external customers, the following standards have been developed for email signatures.
- Arial font
- Black font
- 10 or 12-point type
- Information contained may include:
- Name
- Title
- Credentials
- Department
- Company
- Address
- Phone number
- Fax number
- Pager number
- Email address
- NebraskaMed.com
- Only your name can be in bold
- Links should be in blue
- Quotes should not be used
- The Nebraska Medical Center must be spelled out and capitalized appropriately
- Other logos or graphics should not be used.
It is recommended not to use the logo in the signature because it comes across as an attachment.
