The Health and Wellness Club is a free membership club for people 50 years of age and older that offers social activities and a variety of free and discounted programs to help you live a healthier lifestyle. Members receive the quarterly "Advancing Health" newsletter, invitations to seminars and special events and discounts in the hospital cafeterias, Clarkson Gift Shop, CornerStone Gifts and at the UNMC Center for Healthy Living gym.
