Pharmacokinetic Training Packet

The pharmacokinetic training packet for pharmacists has been updated due to recently published guidelines regarding therapeutic monitoring of vancomycin.[1] Additionally, information regarding the vancomycin dialysis dosing protocol at TNMC is included.
